The wall that heals – San Luis Obispo
The Wall That Heals is coming to San Luis Obispo County in California from March 16 – March 19, 2023 at the Madonna Inn Meadows. This exhibit, hosted by the County of San Luis Obispo Veteran Services Office and the Central Coast Veterans Memorial Museum, in partnership with the Madonna Inn and Legacy Village, brings the official three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial located in Washington, D.C. and mobile education center to San Luis Obispo County.

Tuesday 3/14 – Escort Procession down HWY 101
Thursday 3/16 – Opening Ceremony at 10:00 AM
Sunday 3/19 – Closing Ceremony at 1:30 PM; Wall closes 2:00 PM

The exhibit offers a somber and reflective environment and includes a mobile Education Center for visitors.
What is The Wall That Heals?
It is a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., that travels across the country. The exhibit honors the more than 3 million Americans who served in the U.S. armed forces in the Vietnam War and bears the names of the 58,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
